Gregory A. Giordano brings over five decades of legal experience to the firm, focusing his practice on labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and management-side advocacy. Recognized as a leader in his field, Greg has successfully represented employers across Virginia in collective bargaining, arbitration, EEOC proceedings, and complex workplace disputes – helping organizations maintain compliance and stability in highly regulated environments.
He has served as counsel to public and private sector employers, including extensive work with Tidewater Regional Transit and its successor, Hampton Roads Regional Transit. His litigation record spans both federal and state courts, with strategic insight into minimizing risk and resolving conflicts efficiently.
Beyond the courtroom, Greg is a dedicated educator and mentor. He serves as an adjunct professor of Labor Law at William & Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law and has previously taught at Old Dominion University and Regent University. His career reflects deep leadership across prestigious law firms, where he has shaped legal teams and guided labor practices with pragmatism and foresight.
